Orientation · 8–10 hours

Boost — your first 10 hours

Virtual orientation with live coaching. Systems, offer writing, CMA training, Zillow scripting, lead flow, follow-up. Includes Zillow 101 & 102 and script certification. Complete before leads activate.

Framework · first 6 months

Agent Launch: Liftoff · Boost · Orbit · Axis

Four-phase framework for your first six months on the team. Progression from first lead → first contract → first close → consistent production. Structured checkpoints, named mentors, weekly accountability.

Success Roadmap — the weekly rhythm

Tuesday 9am script practice & objection handling. Thursday 9am CRM pipeline review. Wednesday 10:30am REAL Broker Call with Justin Mandese. Monthly Zillow Flex meeting (3rd Wednesday). Weekend open house shadowing.
