ROVI's training and technology is unlike any other in the industry. My second year I had enough understanding to go up against top agents and win $1M+ transactions.
These are eight Team ROVI producers — every name verified against actual production data, every quote in their own words. Most have been in the business less than three years. Read their stories not because they prove the team works, but because they show what happens when an agent without a pipeline gets handed one.
A note before you scroll: I picked these eight because they're producing agents whose stories I can tell honestly with verified numbers and direct quotes. Some came in with zero connections. Some came in mid-career from unrelated industries. Some came in struggling at another brokerage. What they have in common is that they got handed a pipeline they didn't have to build themselves, and they didn't waste it.
If you read these and think “that could be me,” good — let’s talk. If you read them and think “I’m not that kind of person,” that’s also useful information. Most of these agents would tell you they didn’t think they were that kind of person either, six months in.

First 12 months: 8–12 closed sides, $1.5–4M volume, profitable in your first year (real number, not just “broke even”).
Year 2: 15–24 sides, $4–8M volume. Most agents who hit Year 1 targets get here without trying — the pipeline’s running.
Year 3+: Tier ladder kicks in (75/25 at 26 lifetime deals, 80/20 at 51, 85/15 at 76). Agents at this stage have a self-sustaining book of past clients and referrals. Some still take Zillow leads, some don’t.
The agents below are mostly in years 1–3.
Not every agent makes it. The most common failure mode: claiming Zillow leads and not working them. The second most common: never developing self-generation alongside team leads. The third: deciding mid-year that real estate isn’t actually for them.
Roughly one in three new agents who join Team ROVI doesn’t make it past their first anniversary. That’s not a Team ROVI number — that’s the industry average for new agents anywhere. The team doesn’t make you successful; it removes the most common reason new agents fail (no pipeline). What you do with the pipeline is on you.
If reading that scared you off, that’s useful. If it didn’t, keep scrolling.
Ranked by 12-month volume. Production data verified against MLS records. Photos and quotes used with each agent’s permission.

The honest answer: I don't know yet. Different starting positions produce different results. The best way to figure out where you'd land is to talk for fifteen minutes — or come sit in on a call as a guest.
If neither sounds right, the FAQ covers what most agents ask before booking. The last category is for people who realize Team ROVI isn’t their fit — that’s a valid outcome too.
