What we expect, and what you can expect from us
We pour everything we have into the agents we bring on. In return we ask for a short list of things that, after more than a decade of training agents, we know separate the ones who build a career from the ones who don't.
What Team ROVI commits to you
- The leads. We hand you real leads once your initial training is completed.
- Training that never stops. The Bootcamp in your first week, then live training Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and a monthly team meeting.
- The tech stack. Follow Up Boss as your CRM, dotloop for transactions, ShowingTime for showings, and the Team ROVI app to run your whole business.
- A whole team behind you. A full leadership team, a full-time trainer, your team leader, Alvin in tech support, your transaction coordinator, and broker support from Real.
- Scripts and a place to practice them. Seven role-play avatars you can rehearse with any hour of the day, with a score every time.
- A culture of growth. We're in this together. You start alongside a group of new agents, with the experienced agents on the team there to help, and when you're behind you'll hear it from us early.
What you commit to Team ROVI
- 30 hours a week, minimum. Real estate is a full-time job. Our expectation is a minimum of 30 hours per week with a plan to go full time as soon as possible.
- Training done in 7 days. The onboarding course is about 10 hours. If it can't fit into your first week, this probably isn't the right fit.
- 200 calls and 200 texts in your first 60 days, on the leads we give you. Outreach is the job; we're looking for agents who are comfortable doing it.
- Master the scripts. Role-play all 7 avatars and score 90% or higher on at least 6 of them.
- Run a clean pipeline. First touch on a new lead within 5 minutes. No lead sits past its stage clock: 24 hours in New, 14 days in Attempted or Contacted, 10 days in Appointment Set or Met, 14 days without contact in Showing Homes or Submitting Offers, 60 days in buyer nurture and 30 days in seller nurture.
- Show up. The 90-minute team meeting on the third Wednesday of the month, 10:00–11:30, and the 60-minute trainings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

The 60-day review
At the 60-day mark we do a full evaluation of these expectations and sit down one-on-one with you and the leadership team to decide whether this is a good fit, whether you're a good fit for the team, and whether you continue on with us. Continued attendance at the morning trainings is decided then, based on performance.
When we meet
Every agent we bring on signs this as a one-page Expectation Agreement before onboarding begins. If it reads like the deal you want, let’s talk.
Book intro callBy signing, I understand these are the standards Team ROVI holds every agent to, that they exist because they work, and that Team ROVI will hold up its side of this agreement.
