ROVI Homes Agent Launch

Since 2015, ROVI Homes has had a focus on its agent development training programs.  With our own University of online courses, our onboarding and agent accelerator programs have been a trademark of our company’s success; admired and emulated by those in both the local and national real estate communities.  ROVI training has started or advanced the successful real estate careers of brand new, seasoned, and top producing professionals in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

With programs for newly licensed associates and advanced programs for the seasoned pro, ROVI agents can attend live professional training at either our formal training center or on-demand online.  We believe that the delivery of the information is as important as the material.  Our classes are taught by top agents and leaders who are implementing the strategies in their business now, not by ones who did it years ago.  Additionally, ROVI Homes has an affiliation with the Tom Ferry coaching network and we present many of the Top national real estate trainers for company-wide programs, further enhancing our internal training.

At ROVI Homes we have “Boot Camps” designed for the newly licensed and for those experienced associates seeking to “get back to the basics.” Boot Camp immerses sales associates into the daily functions and responsibilities of a real estate professional. The high-intensity online curriculum is combined with mentored field training. Accountability is the foundation of any successful mentoring program. Our Sales Training is "hands-on" instead of a "lecture” or video.

This video series of business building tips will introduce agents to the latest and greatest strategies to maximize and scale their business as fast as possible.

This video series of technology tips are designed for the forwarding thinking real estate agent who is looking to have the latest and greatest technology working for them! Utilizing technology to help serve our clients is a core belief at ROVI Homes.

We do have a sister company, SR Commercial Realty, for both the experienced commercial specialist and those wanting to enter the commercial real estate field.

One of the most important aspects of the ROVI Training Program.  Less than 20% of real estate associates have a business plan. ROVI Homes believes without a detailed business plan to answer key questions about your business and provide you with a platform for future growth, success in real estate becomes much more difficult. Our real estate coaching and business planning outlines and evaluates all aspects of your real estate business and establishes a specific roadmap and process on how you will achieve your goals. A good business plan starts with your "Wish List" i.e. how much you wish to earn, and then guides you through the process of examining the key aspects of generating positive income: Revenue, Expenses, and Business Development.  ROVI Homes Sales Associates who apply basic business planning principles to their real estate practice are almost always more successful.
